If no one is home at the time of delivery, our driver's will leave the blooms in a safe place and a photo will be uploaded onto the tracking link so you can see exactly where and when it's left.
If there is no safe place, or our drivers can't gain access to the property, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee will apply.
