The more delivery information you can provide, the smoother the delivery process will be.
Business Addresses
Please include the business name and any relevant delivery instructions, such as whether the flowers should be left with reception, delivered to a concierge, or taken to a loading dock.
Residential Addresses
Our couriers need access to the front door wherever possible. If the property has a locked gate, security access, or is located within a secure apartment building, please provide any access instructions that may assist with delivery.
Hospital Addresses
Please provide the hospital name, ward and bed number (if known). Some patients may be admitted under their maiden name, so including both maiden and married surnames can help ensure your flowers reach the correct recipient promptly.
