If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can certainly cancel and refund that for you. 

If your order has been prepared and dispatched, we can cancel the delivery however we are unfortunately unable to refund your order.

Please reach out to our team, with as much notice as possible, if you would like to cancel your order.
